I’ve had a pleasure to collaborate with Alisan on a strategic project that involved looking at the selected user behaviours and uncovering and mapping the root causes of these behaviours such as unmet needs, past experiences and attitudes etc. Alisan was instrumental in converting my vision for the project into an intuitive, easily understandable framework and creating other tools and templates that supported the group work that needed to be done in a workshop. Alisan also volunteered to facilitate the workshop and ensured that the group of stakeholders that did not work together before the got the results the workshop was set out to achieve- it was impressive to observe Alisan’s ability to read the group dynamic and navigate around potential risks by quickly adapting to situation on hand while leading the group to trough the set direction. The participants of the workshop also felt that their each of their comments has received the attention and felt that their input was heard and valued I was equally impressed and truly admired Alisan’s ability to learn quickly and apply his exceptional skills in design and innovation to a particular problem he might have not heard of/know prior to commencing the work on the project. All in all, I would highly recommend Alisan for a wide range of projects focusing on user centered design and innovation as well as a skilled group leader and facilitator.
